What we’re looking for

We currently have an immediate opening for a full-time Director of Digital Marketing to join our Leadership Team. The Director of Digital Marketing will oversee the digital initiatives and strategies for several niche products including email marketing, affiliate marketing, SEO/SEM, and media buys. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven marketing professional with at least 5 years of senior-level leadership experience. 

 

What you’ll do

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management, Data, Marketing, Public Relations, Social Media, and relevant stakeholders / Executives
  • Lead a team of digital marketing professionals specializing in SEO/SEM, affiliate management, email marketing, media buying, and web/app analytics
  • Oversee site performance for several products; monitoring traffic streams from various acquisition channels, and how they convert in subsequent conversion funnels.
  • Proactively create forward-thinking and innovative strategies to improve conversion funnels, grow conversion metrics, and increase ROAS.
  • Manage, plan and project budgets for; ad spend, affiliate commissions, and platform hardcosts.
  • Read, review, negotiate, and approve contracts/agreements for 3rd party platform tools and affiliate networks (when support is required). 
  • Project management - leverage your team to meet goals and fill gaps where needed.
  • Develop clear and measurable KPIs and goals, provide updates, deliver results, and incorporate success into future campaigns and initiatives.
  • Support your team, and set them up for success.
  • Stay abreast of relevant trends affecting product industries

 

Who you are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or relevant field required
  • 10 years of experience in digital marketing and advertising
  • 8 years of experience in a management role
  • Extremely fluent with tag managers and digital analytics, specifically Google Tag Manager & Analytics
  • High-level expertise in email marketing, media buying, affiliate, SEO/SEM strategies
  • Litigious, your attention to detail gives you an edge when negotiating terms with 3rd parties. 
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools and DSPs 
  • Outstanding problem solving, research, and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in HTML/XML/CSS/JS
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
