Career Opportunity
We have an immediate opening for a full-time Social Media Manager to join our marketing team and lead our social media efforts. The Social Media Manager will manage an online community of smart, successful individuals seeking dating, relationships, and confidential advice. This role requires a super organized, independent self-starter with the ability to plan a schedule and timeline for others to follow. 
If you find yourself on social media 24/7, wouldn’t dream of being out of touch for more than a few hours, and have experience increasing engagement on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, you may be the rock star candidate we are looking for!

While this opportunity is open to remote candidates, all employees of Reflex Media are required to work the regular business hours of 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM PST. All offers of employment are contingent upon the completion of a full background and reference check.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Create marketing and social media campaigns and strategies, including budget planning, content ideation, and implementation schedules.
  • Work with multiple departments to ensure brand consistency in marketing and social media messaging. 
  • Manage the growth and expansion of the company’s social media channels, including Facebook, X, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and new social media platforms.
  • Manage the social media team.
  • Develop benchmark metrics to measure the results of social media programs.
  • Analyze and evaluate social media campaigns and strategies.
  • Utilize Brandwatch to monitor social media trends.
  • Monitor the activities of leading competitors in social media.
  • Monitor social space for brand and related topics and conversations.
  • Understand how social media impacts search traffic.
  • Create and maintain monthly social media content schedule. 

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, Instagram, TikTok, Canva and Capcut
  • High level of organizational skills and ability to manage projects
  • Project Management experience
  • Process mindset and ability to see the big picture from a linear, process-driven perspective and organize others within that
  • Ability to hold others accountable and keep others on schedule
  • Adaptability and flexibility
  • High digital availability and willingness to grow with us
  • Passion for and devotion to the work we do and our community
  • Bonus points if your personal IG, Twitter, and/or FB have thousands of followers and creative, innovative content
