What we’re looking for

We currently have an immediate opening for a full time Director of Globalization to promote our brands in Eastern Europe, Asia, and Latin America. The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of Eastern European culture and language, preferably Romanian as it will be the first country we target in Eastern Europe. 

Responsibilities

• Source local marketing and PR agencies in various international regions
• Learn local culture and research/suggest product changes as necessary based on international regions
• Research local payment methods to support new markets
• Research, develop and understand local dating culture in each international region
• Other duties as assigned 

Requirements

• Show capabilities to integrate with local cultures around the world 
• Experience in living abroad for extensive periods of time
• Ability to report and document local challenges and culture
• Ability to research and report on economic conditions within various countries
• Create research which allows the company to target specific foreign markets
• Project management skills, preferably holding a PMI certification 
• Fluently write and speak English and Romanian (with additional languages such as Spanish, French or Portuguese a major plus)
• Excellent adaptability to an international environment with a wide exposure to various cultures and customs
• A highly independent and vivacious personality
• Year-round availability and the flexibility to travel extensively
