Reflex Media is a high tech branding and marketing agency.  Our core brands include a number of luxury dating apps, including Seeking.com and WhatsYourPrice.com.

We are looking for a Junior Systems Administrator to join our IT Team. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting MacOS and Windows systems in an office environment.  Knowledge of Linux systems and servers will be a plus for this candidate. Daily tasks will including assisting with the maintenance or our office systems and providing fantastic support to our staff.

Responsibilities:

• Setup and deploy laptops using MacOS and Windows for staff use

• Participate in security audits to identify weaknesses, and keep our network and infrastructure secure at all times

• Monitor all systems for performance and technical issues

• Handle technical support and equipment needs for the office network and employees

• Coordinate mobile device management services

• Coordinate office inventory management for technical resources

• Assist senior administrators with datacenter maintenance tasks

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• 1 or more years of experience with MacOS systems

• Basic understanding WIFI access points, TCP/IP networking, routing, and firewall concepts

• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Must be able to work in a team environment as well as autonomously

• Ability to record, document changes made to systems and the network environment

• Must be able to effectively organize and prioritize projects to meet assigned deadlines.

Preferred Experience and Qualifications:

• 1 or more years of experience with Windows systems

• 1 or more years of experience with Linux systems

• Experience with basic web server management (Apache, Nginx, PHP-FPM, Wordpress)

• GIT or BitBucket experience

• Jira and Confluence experience

Other Requirements:

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
