What we’re looking for

We currently have a full-time opening for a Product Manager. The Product Manager will lead product vision, strategy, and development, while overseeing the execution of development. Extensive experience (5+ years) in luxury and/or e-commerce start-ups is required. In this role, you will be collaborating with Senior Leadership as well as departments across the organization - including customer experience, design, digital marketing, PR, and development - to ensure the proper identification, prioritization, and implementation of progressive features and improvements to the website. 

What you’ll do

  • Lead in developing and communicating an overall product strategy for the assigned website(s), including determining key performance indicators (KPI’s).
  • Write detailed product specifications, create wireframes, and instruct the development team and designers on how to build out recommended features.
  • Research, identify and analyze industry competitors, standards, and best practices for company product(s).
  • Develop an in-depth and comprehensive understanding of the Customer Journey via interview, survey, A/B testing, and other methods to clearly identify member behavior and patterns.
  • Utilize research of the Customer Experience to develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, optimize funnels, and evolve the customer experience.
  • Keep abreast of changes in the dating industry, and actively seek to improve our product offerings.
  • Lead in the collection, display, and maintenance of ongoing KPI reporting.
  • Conceptualize, launch, and analyze the results of A/B and user tests.
  • Analyze data to determine both the value and urgency of potential features.
  • Collect, parse, and categorize employee and customer feedback (internal and external) from a multitude of sources.
  • Develop a strong understanding of employee needs, department requirements, customer desires, and business objectives.
  • Coordinate with development, customer service, and all relevant stakeholders to drive efficiency and correct usage of new and existing products by leveraging insights, generating new and creative ideas, and performing ongoing audits of current strategies and tactics.

Who you are

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Sociology, Psychology, or a relevant area of study preferred
  • 3+ years of Product Management Experience or equivalent
  • 5+ years working in the E-Commerce industry
  • B2C experience is a plus
  • B2B experience will also be considered as we are always open to developing new products
  • Experience with growing seedling projects and advancing established brands to generate positive revenue results
  • Proven experience with product marketing plans, communication, and flawless execution
  • Ability to strategize, communicate, and prioritize quarterly tasks within a close-knit team setting.
  • Solid writing and presentation skills are a necessity
  • Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, etc.
