Career Opportunity

We currently have an immediate opening for a full-time Product Manager. In this role, you will be collaborating with the Product Team as well as departments across the organization, including customer support, design, digital marketing, PR, and development, to ensure the proper identification, prioritization, and implementation of much-needed features or improvements for our websites. 

While this opportunity is open to remote candidates, all employees of Reflex Media are required to work the regular business hours of 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM PST. All offers of employment are contingent upon the completion of a full background and reference check.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and communicating an overall product strategy for the assigned website(s), including determining key performance indicators.
  • Write detailed product specifications and create wireframes to instruct the development team and designers on how to build out features you recommend.
  • Research and analyze industry standards for your product(s), as well as best practices.
  • Interview, survey, and test our member base to better understand what they do, how they do it, and why they do it, as well as what they want and issues they have.
  • Work to increase revenue, optimize funnels, and generally improve the customer experience.
  • Keep abreast of changes in the dating industry and actively seek to improve our offerings.
  • Assist in the collection, display, and maintenance of ongoing KPI reporting.
  • Conceptualize, launch, and analyze the results of A/B and user tests.
  • Analyze data to determine the value/urgency of potential features.
  • Collect, parse, and categorize employee and customer feedback from a multitude of sources, both internal and external.
  • Develop a strong understanding of employee needs, department requirements, customer desires, and business objectives.
  • Coordinate with development, customer service, and all relevant stakeholders to drive efficiency and correct usage of new and existing products by leveraging insights, generating new and creative ideas, and performing ongoing audits of current strategies and tactics.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Sociology, Psychology, or a relevant area of study preferred
  • 3+ years of Product Management Experience or equivalent
  • B2C experience is a plus
  • B2B experience will also be considered as we are always open to developing new products
  • Experience with growing seedling projects and advancing established brands to generate positive revenue results
  • Proven experience with product marketing plans, communication, and flawless execution
  • Ability to strategize, communicate, and prioritize quarterly tasks within a close-knit team setting.
  • Solid writing and presentation skills are a necessity
  • Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, etc.
