What we’re looking for

We currently have an immediate opening for a full-time Chief Financial Officer to join our executive team. As a key member of the leadership team, the CFO will assume a strategic role within the organization; leading the overall financial strategy, performing ongoing risk management, and implementing financial procedures to improve and maintain the financial health of our business. 

What you’ll do

  • Manage all mergers and acquisitions
  • Review and maintain all financial data for our investment portfolio
  • Develop financial strategies for mergers and acquisitions, investments and diversification
  • Manage the Operations Team
  • Provide financial advice to the executive team regarding long-term business and financial planning
  • Evaluate the financial viability of all presented business opportunities and investments
  • Develop and implement a domestic and global tax strategy
  • Assist in global tax and merchant strategy to maximize tax savings and facilitate ease of cash flow in global markets
  • Ensure the organization complies with all legal and regulatory requirements in all markets
  • Additional strategic, risk management, compliance, and tax savings initiatives
  • Provide ongoing financial analysis global portfolio
  • Initiate and manage all due diligence processes for potential investments, acquisitions, etc
  • Evaluate systems and processes (accounting software, HRIS, etc.) and make necessary changes

Who you are

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required; MBA strongly preferred
  • CPA Required
  • Minimum 7 years in a senior-level finance role
  • At least 10 years experience in Accounting or Finance
  • Demonstrated leadership ability, confidence, and interpersonal skills
  • In-depth knowledge of financial laws and risk management best practices
  • Proven experience as a financial analyst or advisor
  • Experience with mergers and acquisitions and investor relations
  • Excellent analytical, reasoning and problem-solving skills

  • This role is an onsite, full-time position
  • Typical work schedule is M-F, 8-6 but may vary based on the needs of the business
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
