What we’re looking for
We currently have an immediate opening for a full-time Chief Financial Officer to join our executive team. As a key member of the leadership team, the CFO will assume a strategic role within the organization; leading the overall financial strategy, performing ongoing risk management, and implementing financial procedures to improve and maintain the financial health of our business.
What you’ll do
- Manage all mergers and acquisitions
- Review and maintain all financial data for our investment portfolio
- Develop financial strategies for mergers and acquisitions, investments and diversification
- Manage the Operations Team
- Provide financial advice to the executive team regarding long-term business and financial planning
- Evaluate the financial viability of all presented business opportunities and investments
- Develop and implement a domestic and global tax strategy
- Assist in global tax and merchant strategy to maximize tax savings and facilitate ease of cash flow in global markets
- Ensure the organization complies with all legal and regulatory requirements in all markets
- Additional strategic, risk management, compliance, and tax savings initiatives
- Provide ongoing financial analysis global portfolio
- Initiate and manage all due diligence processes for potential investments, acquisitions, etc
- Evaluate systems and processes (accounting software, HRIS, etc.) and make necessary changes
Who you are
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required; MBA strongly preferred
- CPA Required
- Minimum 7 years in a senior-level finance role
- At least 10 years experience in Accounting or Finance
- Demonstrated leadership ability, confidence, and interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of financial laws and risk management best practices
- Proven experience as a financial analyst or advisor
- Experience with mergers and acquisitions and investor relations
- Excellent analytical, reasoning and problem-solving skills

- Typical work schedule is M-F, 8-6 but may vary based on the needs of the business
