Reflex Media is a high tech branding and marketing agency.  Our core brands include a number of luxury dating sites, including Seeking.com and WhatsYourPrice.com. 

We currently have an immediate opening for a Head of Marketing to join our leadership team.

Job Description

The Head of Marketing will lead all of our marketing teams, which includes our Digital Marketing team, Media Relations (PR) team, Content team, as well as our Production and Creative team to implement our unique 360-marketing approach that optimizes paid traffic and delivers more organic traffic to our core product and service offerings. Marketing has always been our core focus, which is how we are able to generate higher margins than our competitors in the same industry. We are looking for a Head of Marketing to help us continue this trend, and to upgrade our capabilities, drive innovation, and to achieve even more. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Create 1-year / 3-year marketing strategy for the company and it’s clients
  • Develop and manage the appropriate Scorecards and KPIs for the marketing organization
  • Collaborate and work closely with Product and Operations to deliver company’s financial goals
  • Develop the right marketing organization structure capable of executing on the strategy
  • Manage and improve on the entire marketing department, with at least 4 direct reports, to execute on the strategy
  • Serve as an exceptional manager, who is a mentor to his or her team
  • Encourage and drive innovation in marketing throughout the entire marketing organization
  • Set clear quarterly goals and objectives, measure, track and hold teams / individuals accountable 
  • Oversee the development, implementation, and optimization of processes for the marketing organization

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Public Relations, or related field required
  • Master’s degree in a related field, or MBA preferred
  • At least 10 years of combined experience, and at least 3 years of experience in each of the following areas: media relations / PR, advertising and digital marketing
  • At least 5 years of experience in an executive role managing a high functioning marketing team in a data driven and high tech organization
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence preferred
